Ceramic Furniture

When you think of furniture, the first materials which come to mind which may be used to construct furniture are wood, plastic, stainless steel and glass!  You wouldn’t really expect that clay would be used to make real furniture for real people! 

And so we present to you today, ceramic furniture for real people!  Companies and designers such as Maarten Baas, Patricia Urquiola, Paola Navone, Ligne Roset, Moroso, B&B Italia and many others have experimented with this material!  What freaks me out as a rather clumsy person is that if I ever owned such furniture, my furniture would either be broken or chipped!  LOL!
