Pierre Balmain | New From Paris

Last week, we presented the Pierre Balmain S/S 2012 | Preview video right before Paris Fashion Week.  During the event an announcement was made regarding the Balmain Diffusion Line, Pierre Balmain.  The new collection is targeting a whole new market being positioned at a price point that is one-third of the price of regular Balmain pieces.   The Spring / Summer 2012 Collection brings Balmain pieces that we love, inspired by a strong rock aesthetic  — “black motocross jeans, zebra-print button-down shirts and shrunken leather jackets — came styled in exactly the right model-off-duty way. The men’s wear, too, was very rocker-looking, with leather bombers and silky button-down shirts neatly tucked into skinny jeans.”
